Ever wondered where our story began? After my own wedding, I was so inspired with all the imaginings and creativity that wedding planning involves that I decided to persue my passion for all things bridal with the my own business - Beach & garden ceremonies! here you can learn a little more about us, our story and why I am so passionate about assisting other brides to have the day of their dreams.

i had always dreamed of having an outdoor ceremony on the beach , and with my very agreeable husband-to-be, we decided Marcoola on the Sunshine Coast was the perfect backdrop for our outdoor wedding ceremony. there is something truly magical about having the waves crashing behind you as you say your "I Do's"

It's all in the details...

like a lot of brides, I had a very clear idea of how I wanted the ceremony to look and feel. this resulted in months of hard work creating and executing all the little d.i.y details for our day. This was also the time that I realised that choices for brides to create their own vision for thier day is so important. It is all in the details that your love and your story is showcased on your wedding day!

Fresh Ivy and White Roses were added to the Chairs, Arbour and Signing Table decor to introduce the vintage glamour feel to the Ceremony.

Fresh flowers are always so beautiful and bring your celebration space to life. We love using fresh florals when we style ceremonies and Receptions.

why choose just one theme?a lot of brides think that they have to choose just one theme for the day and stick to it. Your wedding day should encase all the things you love and all the facets of you as a couple. We couldn't decide on just one, so we decided to have lots of crazy fun with props, games and vintage style photos with our bridal party!

{Reception Styling}

The Reception Room was a mix of Collected vintage pieces and Handmade items to create an eclectic feel. Our custom designed birdcage logo featured on our invitations and all seating tags. We Raided Op Shops to find old books and used the pages to make the backing for our table numbers and seating chart, which added to the vintage flair.

Amy and Joe waited a very long time for their Wedding day, but oh my it was worth the wait! With the waves crashing in the background and the mist over the water, this elegant seaside Wedding had a hint of vintage glamour to delight.

Ceremony Styling

Amy & Joe had a clear vision for their Ceremony styling, and wanted to keep it simple to showcase the stunning backdrop that was point Cartwright on the sunshine coast. Our beautiful Americana Chairs, White Aisle Carpet and signing Table completed their vision for thier beachside "I Do's".

The combination of the dreamy pink Bridesmaids gowns, along with the pop of Blue in the boys shirts was unexpected and lovley. Joe looked dapper in his vest and Amys vintage inspired gown with lace overlay was simply breathtaking.

{ Reception Styling }

we were delighted to work with our two love birds to create just the right look for their reception. A mixture of square and round table settings were decorated with beautiul fresh florals, tealight candles on mirror runners with a scattering of fresh rose petals.

Amy and Joe's Wedding reception took place as the headland golf club at buderim overlooking the gorgeous golf course. amy's little touches and attention to detail delighted all thier guests.
